A standard consult provides focused time for a quick but effective discussion with your GP. It's best for straightforward health concerns, routine check-ups, minor symptoms, simple script renewals, short follow-ups, basic health advice, or single-issue appointments.

A long consult gives extra time for a more detailed discussion. It's best for complex or multiple health issues, in-depth symptom reviews, planning tests or referrals, thorough medication checks, lifestyle advice, or preventive care.

An extended consult allows significant time for a comprehensive and thorough discussion with your GP. It's best for very complex or multiple interconnected health issues, detailed history reviews, extensive symptom exploration, multi-step management planning, specialist referral coordination, in-depth medication reconciliation, advanced lifestyle or preventive health strategies, or chronic condition reviews requiring careful attention.

A Mental Health Care Plan consult provides extended, focused time with your GP. It's best for developing or reviewing a comprehensive mental health care plan, detailed exploration of mental health symptoms and history, risk assessment, coordinated referral to psychologists or psychiatrists, thorough medication review and adjustment, safety planning, crisis support strategies, lifestyle and coping skill recommendations, or ongoing monitoring and support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or other mental health concerns.

A Chronic Condition Management Plan consult provides extended, structured time with your GP. It's best for developing or reviewing a comprehensive care plan for one or more chronic conditions, detailed assessment of symptoms and complications, coordinated multidisciplinary referrals, thorough medication optimisation, personalised lifestyle and self-management strategies, preventive health goals, or ongoing monitoring of long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, heart disease, or mental health concerns.

An urgent after hours consult provides focused GP care during the overnight period (available only between 12am and 7am) for health issues that require prompt attention but are not life-threatening and do not need an ambulance or emergency department/hospitalisation. It's ideal for sudden urgent concerns, worsening minor symptoms that can't wait until morning, acute pain or infections needing same-night assessment, or other non-emergency matters requiring timely medical input outside regular hours.

Book a Standard appointment. A medical certificate consult gives you time with your GP to talk about your illness or injury. If it's clinically appropriate, your GP can provide a certificate for work, study or university, emailed to you after your consult. There's no extra fee for the certificate itself.

Book a Standard appointment. An online scripts consult is a short telehealth appointment to review a regular medicine with your GP. If a prescription is clinically appropriate, your eScript is sent to you by email or SMS. Choose a Long appointment if you'd like a fuller medication review.

Book a Long appointment. A referral consult gives your GP time to talk through your health concern and decide whether you need a specialist, allied health provider, pathology or imaging. If a referral is appropriate, it's emailed to you after your consult.

Book a Standard appointment, or a Long or Extended appointment if you have more to discuss. A bulk billed telehealth consult lets you see an Australian-registered GP by phone or video from anywhere in Australia. Medicare bulk billed if eligible. If you're not eligible, a private fee applies.

Book a Standard appointment. A UTI consult gives you time with your GP to talk through burning, stinging or frequent urination. If a script is clinically appropriate, your eScript is sent to you by email or SMS. Your GP may arrange a urine test if it's needed.

Book a Standard appointment, or Long to talk through new options. A contraception consult lets you talk with your GP about the pill and other choices. If a script is clinically appropriate, your eScript is sent to you by email or SMS.

Book a Long appointment. A pathology and imaging consult gives your GP time to review your symptoms and decide which tests or scans you need. If tests are appropriate, your request is emailed to you after your consult.
