Triage the Worry: Breast Cancer Conversations Over Telehealth
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For a telehealth GP, that does not mean a pink-ribbon webinar. It means more calls where the chief complaint is worry: a new lump, a family story that suddenly feels urgent, an overdue mammogram, or a result that has not landed yet. The clinical job is still general practice. Triage what belongs on video, what needs hands and imaging in person, write the referral properly, and keep the usual GP in the loop so the episode does not become a split record.

You do not need a reinvention. You need a few habits and conversations that keep pace with the year you are actually living.

Happy, Healthy Kids: Celebrating Play, Learning, and Wellbeing
Children’s Week lands in mid to late October, and it is a useful reminder that kids’ health is not only vaccinations and sick days. Happy, healthy kids grow through play, learning that fits their age, and wellbeing that includes sleep, food, friendship, and how they feel when life is loud. You do not need a perfect routine. You need a few habits that actually survive a school term.
